Chef David Guerrero draws his passion for nikkei cuisine from the travels made to South America that represent and inspire the exquisite food on the menu of his latest concept MYKUNA LATIN ASIAN CUISINE. Mykuna, origin of “Mikuna” from the native Ecuadorian language called Quichua, meaning food, which tastefully represents this small restaurant located in an outstanding food hall in the heart of The Heights area in Houston, Texas inside of Railway Heights Market with MYKUNA being the only restaurant with full menu options that mix Latin with Asian flavors that will surprise your taste buds and will have you returning for more, as each menu item has it's unique ingridients
